To be eligible for the referral reward:
- The referred loan must meet a minimum loan value of $400,000
- The referral must be new to Chess Lending
- Eligibility is based on loan settlement
- The loan must be submitted by Chess Lending (not previously lodged elsewhere)
Chess Lending retains the final discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies as successful under this program.
